IT Technical Level 1 Support - Fresh Graduate (Cebu) at TECHSUPPORT

The IT Technical Level 1 Support will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers and internal users of the company, resolve difficulties concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems and any related tasks that the company will assign.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
• Open for Fresh Grad
• Familiarity with the following technologies:
• Basic Microsoft applications
• Basic Hardware troubleshooting and computer assembly
• Basic Troubleshooting skills in networking
• Can work under pressure and multi-task
• Willingness to be trained
