Job Description:
IMPEXTIC, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and closing deals. We are looking for a candidate with experience in import and export across different countries, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a strong customer-focused mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients through various channels, such as phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
- Provide accurate and timely quotes and proposals to clients, adhering to established pricing guidelines and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Operations and Customer Service, to ensure prompt and precise delivery of shipments and seamless logistics operations.
- Maintain accurate and well-organized records of sales activities and transactions in our CRM system.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the sales process and provide valuable feedback to the management team.
- Participate in trade shows and industry events to showcase our company's services and network with potential clients.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards for all sales activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in a sales role within the logistics or transportation industry, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of import and export regulations, documentation, and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino languages, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop tailored solutions for clients.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and experienced in working with CRM software.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
